Annual Wakulla County Rotary Club Valentine Celebration and Parade - The Saturday before Valentines day each February at Hudson Park in Crawfordville. Regional arts and crafts, public service and educational organizations. The annual 70 unit Valentine Parade brings together bands, floats and marching units from all over the county starting at 10 A.M. Admission is always free.

Natural Bridge Reenactment -First weekend in March. A reenactment of the 1865 Civil War battle which defeated the Union takeover of Tallahassee. The only Confederate capital East of the Mississippi which did not fall into Union hands. Encampments open to the public. 850.922.6007

Monarch Butterfly Festival at St Marks National Wildlife Refuge - Sat. Oct. 23 – 22nd , 2010
Annual Monarch Butterfly Festival – 10 am – 4 pm – exhibitors, tours on monarchs, other butterflies, butterfly plants, tagging demonstrations. Families in Nature – “Monarchs” – 10 am – 3 pm View thousands of beautiful monarch butterflies as they prepare for their long journey across the Gulf to wintering grounds in the mountains of Mexico. St.Marks StoneCrab Festival - October 23, 2010
This wonderful event will be held on the main street (Port Leon Drive) of St. Marks, Florida from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. St. Marks is located just 20 miles south of Tallahassee, Florida at the end of Hwy. 363, which dead-ends in the center of St. Marks at the beautiful St. Marks River. We invite one and all to this annual event to celebrate the harvesting of one of our delicious delicacies from the sea: “The Stone Crab”.
